• What is going on exactly ? (add pictures to the e-mail)
• The address (including room number)
• Phone number on which we can call you
• When are you home?

Make sure you send all the information, otherwise we are not able to process the report.

Our technicians work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Please keep this in mind for when we need to come by for reparation.
